The purpose of this two-day class is to provide Contractor Quality Control Personnel as well as Government Quality Assurance Personnel with the policies and procedures used in post-award construction. This class is taught by a qualified NAVFAC/USACE appointed instructor(s) and is supplemented with DVD presentations, workbook exercises, and encourages participation through class discussions, breakout sessions, and case study exercises. Students will be provided with a student workbook.
This course is recognized by agencies such as AFCEE, US Coast Guard, VA, and Parks & Rec Department.
This course meets one of the NAVFAC & USACE requirements for Quality Control Manager appointment.
To successfully complete the course, students must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Participate in class and satisfactorily complete all in-class assignments.
2. Be present for both days of class and achieve a passing grade of 80% on the closed book, closed note, multiple choice written exam given at the end of the course.
A certificate will be issued to all students who satisfactorily complete the course and is valid for 5 years.
