Online Instructor-led (LIVE) Webinar Course Overview

This course is designed for individuals who will use Microsoft Office Project Standard or Professional 2016/2013 as a tool to assist them in managing projects. After successful completion of this in-class or online course, students will be able to create a project plan file and enter task information, create a work breakdown structure by organizing tasks and setting task relationships, assigning resources, assigning constraints and deadlines, finalizing a project plan, setting the baseline, personalize the project plan file, and set updating project progress and create project reports.

This course will also utilize the Project Management Institute’s concept of the Project Scope Management (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) Knowledge Area and the Project Time Management Knowledge Area throughout the training course in the creation of a project plan with MS Project 2016.

Duration: 2 Evening Training Sessions 4 hours Each
