Construction Quality Management (CQM)

Course Overview

The purpose of this two-day class is to provide Contractor Quality Control Personnel as well as Government Quality Assurance Personnel with the policies and procedures used in post-award construction. This class is taught by a qualified NAVFAC/USACE appointed instructor(s) and is supplemented with DVD presentations, workbook exercises, and encourages participation through class discussions, breakout sessions, and case study exercises. Students will be provided with a student workbook. You must bring a printed hardcopy of a Project CQC Plan. If you do not have a CQC Plan, please email us a minimum of (1) week prior to class and we will email a pdf CQC Plan for your use in printing prior to the class start.

This course is recognized by agencies such as AFCEE, US Coast Guard, VA, and Parks & Rec Department.
This course meets one of the NAVFAC & USACE requirements for Quality Control Manager appointment.
