The San Diego Chapter of PMI has been continuously known for their increasingly progressive and innovative programs. This level III course is an advanced workshop that focuses on the EPS, OBS, and WBS of Oracle Primavera P6. Advanced topic material covered includes activity and duration types, as well resource analysis, and progress updating. At course completion, students will understand the different resources types and how to assign resources to activities, how to debug a Critical Path and Baseline, how to update progress within the schedule, and how to assign global changes.
