In-Class Cancellation Policy

All course registration cancellations must be made no later than (3) three working days prior to the start of the class. If you do not cancel and do not attend the course for any reason, you will be responsible for the full course cost.

How do I register for a certain course?

You may register for a course simply by clicking on the ‘Register for course’ link under your desired course from the “Course Offerings” section of our home page. This will take you to our training portal, where you can create a new user account, and view our entire course catalog.

How do I check how much a course would cost to enroll in?

Hovering your mouse over the desired course in the “Course Offerings” section brings up a small window which displays relevant course information, including course cost, and duration.

If I am not satisfied with a course, can get a refund?

Yes, at the bottom of each course registration flyer, it states that if you are not satisfied with the first two lessons, and have not started the third lesson, we will refund the entire course cost.

Is my course information secure?

Yes, each registered student has their own unique login which ensures that only the appropriate authority can login to view their own content.

What internet browsers are supported with your courses?

Our support team has gone through great lengths to ensure compatibility of our learning system across all browsers are platforms. Currently, our system supports browser compatibility within Internet Explorer (Version 6+), and Firefox, and Google Chrome. Other browsers may or may not have full functionality.

Are my courses available 24/7?

The beauty of online elearning systems is that it is available to the student at all times, enabling them to work around their own schedule. Currently our courses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we try our best to ensure the best learning experience possible.

Will I get a certificate for completing the course I am enrolled in?

Upon satisfactorily completing a course, you will be able to download a course completion document which guides you through all course completion activities, including the printing of your course completion certificate, which is personalized and dated.

How do I navigate through the course menu?
