This level III course is an advanced workshop that focuses on the EPS, OBS, and WBS of Oracle Primavera P6. Advanced topic material covered includes activity and duration types, as well resource analysis, and progress updating. Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors

The purpose of this two-day class is to provide Contractor Quality Control Personnel as well as Government Quality Assurance Personnel with the policies and procedures used in post-award construc- tion. This class is taught by a qualified NAVFAC/USACE appointed instructor and is supplemented with DVD presentations, workbook exercises and encourages participation through class discussions, breakout sessions, and case study exercises. Students will be provided with a student workbook and are also required to bring the materials listed below. This course meets one of the NAVFAC & USACE requirements for Quality Control Manager appointment.
