Overview: This non-computer based workshop teaches the attendees the scheduling techniques and tools, with emphasis on the critical path method for construction projects. The attendees will learn how to establish project priorities, develop realistic schedules and apply todays management techniques to construction projects. Attendees will gain experience with network approaches such as Critical Path and Precedence Methods. Also the attendees will learn how to analyze construction schedules and delay claims.
